For Sobremesa's first anniversary, we developed "Topography of Food", an evening exploring how geography and food shape our sense of belonging through flavour, space and objects.

For this event, we developed the concept, food, installation, graphic design and overall production.

The leading concept was four places that have had an impact on us. We turned the geography of each place into vessels that carry bites holding its flavours. The result was a tablescape where the volumes, the food and the idea coexist, inviting guests to explore new flavours and learn where they come from.
